Shocking Disappointment

And

Smashing Of The Tablets

Disappointments And Reactions

And as soon as he came near the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, Moses’ anger burned hot, and he threw the tables out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain.

Provocations And Breakage

When myself came down the mountain and saw the Israelites worshipping the golden calf, out of anger and hot temper, I broke, smashed, the two tablets on the ground. This action showed that what the Israelites did by worshipping the golden calf was a great evil and a terrible abomination.

When I retuned from heaven and came down the mountain, the Israelites were rejoicing, celebrating naked and living dirty life, in the presence of God. I became greatly disappointed and offended. My heart broke. Out of anger and wrath, I struck the two tablets on the ground, smashed them.

After I smashed the two tablets, the shattering of the two tablets grieved me very much, greatly. But the two tablets were smashed because of the provocations of the Israelites.

Myself came down and saw the golden calf, my heart broke. If my heart broke, then understand how much God was disappointed. And out of anger, I threw the two tablets two the ground, and they shattered. That was when I sinned against God the Father. But because God knew that the work of leading the Israelites was a very heavy burden, even so too much, He did not count the breakage as a sin against me. God forgave and overlooked that incident.

After I smashed the two tablets, the shattering of the two tablets grieved me very much, greatly. But the two tablets were smashed because of the provocations of the Israelites.

Have you seen how the Israelites, by provocations, made me break the two tablets of stones, on which were written the original Ten Commandments, as written by God Almighty?

Have you seen the burden of suffering, which the Israelites laid on me?

A finished work had to be started afresh, from the beginning. The Israelites whom I was leading were not trustworthy. God knew their bad behaviours. Therefore, God did not afflict me with sufferings for what I did by breaking the two tablets. He did not count it as an offence against me.
